Grackle Orcus's music captures the spirit of adventure so well that it brings tears to my eyes as I listen. There is certainly some wistful nostalgia evoked by the masterful layering of synths in this music, but I think its true greatness is how the music captures not only the high points of adventure, but all the small moments in between that make it feel real. Favorite track: The Party Gathers Once More.

An Goblin this is exactly my kind of thing. deceptively complex, layered, and synths for days.

barleybase This is a richly layered journey. The different instrument sounds play together with some atmospheric synth really well. The tracks are all great, but put together creates an epic adventure. Favorite track: Ending the Rite.

1.
It’s been some time since the necromancers defeat, aside from the odd bit of security work from the local nobleman the party have had little adventure. One night in a local tavern they overhear the patrons discussing the sight of smoke rising from the tip of the Amber Peak Mountain, the former sight of ancient arcane rites.
2.
With this new information the party make their way to the Amber Peak, unknowingly walking toward the Cult of the Red Dragon and their plans to summon their namesake.
3.
The foothills of the mountain are a treacherous place, thick foliage and dense fog heavily obscure almost all visibility. But something dwells here, lying in wait to take out any trespassers.
4.
The entrance to the mountains interior has been a heavily guarded secret for generations only the realms oldest lorekeepers know of its whereabouts. A skilled hunter can find it now, only due to its recent reopening.
5.
Cold, Dark and immeasurably tall, the interior of the mountain appears to be hollow, the walls are filled with ornate carvings depicting demons and betrayer gods crushing humanity under their mighty feet..
6.
This place is filled with traps, ready to go off at the slightest misstep of a clumsy victim.
7.
A huge staircase spirals around the mountains walls, ascending into the darkness above, it is a test of endurance for even the most seasoned of adventurers.
8.
Peak 03:25
An opening at the top of the stairs leads to the mountains peak. Bitter cold winds sting the skin upon exiting the sanctuary of the mountain interior. On this peak stands a group of robed humans, chanting in unison around a large flame pit.
9.
The leader of this group begins to raise his arm. As his sleeve pulls back it reveals a sick and twisted hand, elongated nails protrude from the boney fingers. At the wrist it is visible that this hand has been crudely sown on. The hand begins to emanate a crimson arcane glow as the cultist leader begins to speak an ancient dark rite.
10.
It’s now or never, the cultists must be stopped before the rite is complete.
